Work Procedures

Uniform

Chief Security Officer and security guards must wear uniforms and staff identification cards all the time while performing duties

Personal Health Care

Chief Security Officer and security guards should maintain health with exercise and keeping body clean and tidy.

Preparation

Chief Security Officer have routine check every 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. before on duty such as “ATTENTION!”, “PARADE, REST”, “RIGHT, FACE”, “LEFT, FACE” along with the meeting to clarify problems and solutions.
  • Understand the rules, regulations, and policies related the operations.
  • Monitor security staff performance to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate and receive policy from supervisors.
  • Supervise the inspection of the building area at the designated point.
  • Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
  • Maintain cleanliness within the area.
  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
  • Monitoring and authorizing entrance of vehicles or people in the property
  • Maintaining regular and central office equipment in good working order, such as flashlights, firearms, talkywalkys, whistles, and telephones.
  • Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
  • Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
  • Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities
  • Understand the rules, regulations, and policies related the operations.

  • Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
  • Provide assistance to people in need.

Uniform Rule

  • Do not wear shoes other than those prescribed.
  • Do not wear black sunglasses while performing duties.
  • Do not wear colorful t-shirts. Only white allowed.
  • Do not keep long nails, long hair and long mustache.
  • Do not make hair colors and hairstyles that are not suitable for the job.
  • Do not apply nail polish color.
  • Do not put more than one earring. Male staff do not wear earrings.
  • Do not wear a branded coat without the company logo.
  • Do not dress aside a rule.

Property and Equipment Rules Of the employer

  • Do not use your employer’s phone without permission.
  • Do not enter the office after work or holiday time. (Unless there is a requirement for inspection)
  • Do not use material without permission of the authorities.
  • Do not use bathroom units other than the employer or company defined.
  • Do not record unrelated messages or tear the report.
  • It is forbidden to remove the employer’s property or other persons outside of the unit without permission.

Performing duties

  • Do not fall asleep and abandon duty guard.
  • Do not change turns before others get to work.
  • Do not drink alcohol or drugs both before and during duty.
  • Do not gamble or encourage others to gamble.
  • Do not bicker, stirring up a split in the group.
  • Do not smoke while on duty.
  • Do not read any books that are not related to security.
  • Do not allow unauthorized third party access to the unit.
  • Do not use rude speech.
  • Do not take hobbies while on duty.
  • Do not carry bags or luggage through without a search.
  • Do not play all kinds of sports such as checkers, chess, basketball, etc.
  • Do not go out to eat out.
  • Do not clean, repair personal vehicles.
  • Do not resist the bosses.

Prohibition on vehicles

  • Do not move and tamper with non-self-propelled vehicles.
  • Do not allow outside parties to bring vehicles inside the unit without permission.

Required Qualifications for Security Guards

The Security Business Act has been defined as follows

Thai nationality

Be at least 18 years of age

Healthy, not contagious

Compulsory graduation under compulsory education

Not alcoholism or substance abuse

Not insane or mentally incompetent or incompetent lunatic

Has never been sentenced by a final judgment to imprisonment

Receive training based on security curriculum

Must be a polite hairstyle. Not long hair

Must have no beard. Keep your face clean.

Employee Welfare
